Kickoff of the Volunteer Consultation Hours – with coffee, cookies, and great conversations

The Jena Volunteer Agency invites students and university staff to learn about the many opportunities for volunteer work and to get involved themselves.

On May 20, 2026, we’ll celebrate the official kickoff of our new volunteer consultation hours for students and university staff at the University’s House of Young Scholars. From 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., you’ll find us at Johannisstraße 13—with plenty of information on local volunteer opportunities and time for one-on-one conversations.

Volunteering thrives on encounters, exchange, and the courage to just get started. So: Stop by, discover how much joy volunteering brings to your life, and find your own personal way to get involved in Jena and the surrounding area!
