Night of Biosignals in Jena

This year, on November 7, Jena will once again be part of the exciting Night of Biosignals!

The Night of Biosignals is a fascinating event that takes place regularly in various cities and is dedicated to exploring biomedical topics. This unique experience is organized by the Biosignals Technical Committee of the Association for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies (VDE).

The night promises a captivating journey into the world of biosignals, providing insights into the complex signals of our body and their applications in medical research, diagnosis, and therapy. The Night of Biosignals is aimed at all citizens, students, and schoolchildren who are interested in innovations in medical technology research.

IExciting lectures on the topic will be offered in the auditorium of the main university building, starting at 5 p.m. with the lecture “Wer viel misst, misst viel Mist – Vom Rauschen zur Evidenz” (Those who measure a lot measure a lot of nonsense – From noise to evidence) by Prof. Dr. André Scherag.
