Day of Young Scientists 2025 at Ernst Abbe University of Applied Sciences Jena
On October 29, 2025, the Young Scientists Day will take place in the auditorium of the Ernst Abbe University of Applied Sciences in Jena from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The event offers students and doctoral candidates the opportunity to present their research work to a broad audience and provide insights into current scientific projects. It also provides an opportunity to learn about career paths in research, doctoral opportunities at Ernst Abbe University of Applied Sciences Jena, and a wide range of support services for those interested in science.
The program includes, among other things:
- the final round of the student poster competition,
- poster presentations by doctoral students from almost all departments,
- the award ceremony for the best posters,
- as well as information stands on the topics of doctoral studies at Ernst Abbe University of Applied Sciences Jena, open science, open access, and research data management.
The event invites participants to look beyond their own field of expertise, establish interdisciplinary connections, and seek dialogue with other young scientists.
